By accessing or purchasing from Exodus Academy ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. The Service

Exodus Academy is an independent educational platform providing premium written guides and video content about the use of the Exodus cryptocurrency wallet. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Exodus Movement, Inc.

2. Purchases and Payment

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will email you an invoice within 24 hours with payment instructions. We accept the following payment methods:

Your guide download link will be delivered to your email within 2 hours of confirmed payment.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; existing purchase commitments will honor the price at time of agreement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 72 hours of submission, provided the guide has not yet been delivered to you. To cancel, email contact@exodusacademy.com with your name and order details. We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours and issue a full refund via the original payment method.

Once the guide download link has been sent to your email, the sale is final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content. If you have not received your guide within 48 hours of confirmed payment, contact us immediately and we will investigate and re-deliver.

4. License and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the guide content for your own educational purposes. You may not:

5. No Financial Advice

All content provided by Exodus Academy is for educational purposes only. Nothing in our guides constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our guides accurate and up to date. However, the cryptocurrency space evolves rapidly. Interface changes, software updates, and regulatory shifts may affect the accuracy of specific steps or screenshots. Update access (where included in your tier) is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exodus Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our content, including any loss of cryptocurrency or financial loss resulting from actions taken based on guide content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
